After many years of practicing together, Charles H. Smith and John W. Moore † (1940-2005) founded the law firm of Smith & Moore in 1991.  Since its founding, Smith & Moore has remained dedicated to the representation of its client’s unique interests and committed to providing effective cost efficient services.  Smith & Moore has forged a widespread reputation for its extensive experience, solid preparation, innovative strategy and strong courtroom performances.
